In the event your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. You will be advised to contact the shipping carrier as well.
We include insurance with each order so that our customer is able to file a claim with USPS or appropriate shipping service. Please keep the damaged package and the entirety of its contents, in case the shipping provider requires a pick up for further inspection.
Each case will handled on an individual basis. If a replacement item is being sent, we will use the same shipping method. If your order requires expediting there will be an additional fee.
